of your TransactionPoint system, a major hardware upgrade is being planned.   

As a result, TransactionPoint and its associated components (fax, email, etc.) will be unavailable
beginning Saturday, June 21 at 8 P.M. Pacific Time (11 P.M. Eastern) and the upgrade
is estimated to be completed by Sunday, June 22, at 8 P.M. Pacific Time (11 P.M. Eastern).
